Our personal trainers will work with you to achieve your health and wellness goals to ensure you reach your full fitness potential.Our personal training team are fully trained, very knowledgeable and highly experienced in a range of different fitness fields.
When you join our gym, you receive a free 1:1 personal training session to create a personalised program for you goals and abilities. Personal training is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and will assist you to achieve your goals sooner.
We will be sure to consider your exercise experience and preferred activities, as well as update your program if requested every 6-8 weeks, for more of a challenge or if you would like to change up your training.

Working with a trainer is not only a great way to stay accountable whilst ensuring good form when performing exercises.
Personal training is great for members with specific fitness goals, such as sport-specific training, rehab or members who have specific requirements. This may include women with pre or post-natal needs or certain health conditions or disabilities.
