Members Gym Program
When you sign up as a member at Copper Coast Sport and Leisure Centre we provide you with a full health assessment, and a gym program to help you reach your goals. These programs can be updated every 6-8 weeks if needed by a trainer with no additional cost.
If you would like to access extra 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer, please see our personal training options!
If you have an injury, or need to change your program due to medical reasons, we can facilitate an extra update for you at any time.

Be Active 6-Week Challenge
Each year we host the Be Active 6 Week Challenge with exercise and nutrition plans that have helped our members in transforming their bodies and achieving amazing results.
The Be Active 6-week training program also includes personal training sessions each week ensuring that members are reaching their fitness and nutrition goals.
We understand that your goals are as unique as you are, so whether you're on a mission to lose weight, break a fitness plateau, prepare for a fitness competition or simply adopt some healthier habits.
This 6-week training program will equip you with the tools and support you need to not only achieve results, but maintain them too!
